With the support of
Gender diversity partners
« The under-representation of women is still an issue in every society and every company. This is not just a ‘female’ problem, but a problem for industry and society as a whole… It is a missed opportunity. » Els Blaton — Diversity Champion AXA Belgium — Novembre 2009
At AXA, diversity is a mainstay of socially responsible enterprise. As in many other companies, the representation of women at senior management level in AXA is a big challenge. But the company is determined to do something about it. AXA intends to promote diversity both internally and externally. The partnership with JUMP and the Wo_Men@Work award is the first step in the right direction. We are looking for an Executive who will actively contribute to the creation of a better male/female balance within his or her company or organisation based in Belgium. In so doing, we hope to encourage other companies and organisations to work on a balanced gender policy.
